Do you keep products in stock?
Most of our products are built to order to ensure the highest quality, precision, and finish. However, some of our more popular items are kept in stock for faster shipping. If an item is ready to ship, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
How long will my order take to ship?
For built-to-order items, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. In-stock products typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Where are Strafe Design products made?
All of our products are designed and manufactured in the USA with premium materials and advanced CNC technology. We take pride in supporting local craftsmanship and maintaining strict quality control.
Do your parts guarantee perfect fitment?
Yes. Every Strafe Design component is precision-engineered and CNC machined to ensure 100% fitment accuracy. Our parts are built to integrate seamlessly with OEM body lines for a clean, aggressive finish.
What materials do you use?
We use only aerospace-grade aluminum and high-quality composites depending on the part. All metal components are powder coated for maximum durability—resisting chipping, rust, and fading over time.
Can I install Strafe Design products myself?
Most of our parts can be installed with basic tools and moderate mechanical skill. However, we always recommend professional installation for the best results, especially with aerodynamic components that require precision alignment.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are built to order, all sales are considered final unless there is a manufacturing defect or fitment issue. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery if you experience any problems—we’ll make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees based on their country’s regulations.
